Our Recruitment Process
Delta Sigma Pi's recruitment process takes place at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters, offering students the opportunity to join our professional business fraternity. Recruitment consists of a series of events where potential new members can meet active brothers, learn about our values, and gain insight into our chapter. Those who attend these events are invited to apply and participate in an interview process. Based on applications and interviews, select individuals will receive a bid to pledge and begin their journey toward becoming a brother of Delta Sigma Pi.

Delta Sigma Pi is a community of driven and passionate students who are committed to growing together, both personally and professionally. Our four pillars of Professionalism, Service, Brotherhood, and Scholarship guide our chapter and shape the experiences we create for our members.
At Chapman University, our chapter offers a variety of opportunities to get involved, including professional workshops, networking events, service opportunities, social events, and leadership experiences. Through these opportunities, our members can develop valuable skills, build their professional networks, and create lasting friendships along the way.
Whether you are looking to strengthen your resume, develop professionally, take on a leadership role, or build meaningful friendships, Delta Sigma Pi provides opportunities to do so. We welcome all majors in the Argyros College of Business and Economics, as well as students majoring in Public Relations, Advertising, and Entertainment Marketing in Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
